Ilene and staff were extremely helpful during my renewal process. Ilene answered any and all my questions in a very timely manner. After my online work was completed, I needed to go in and do my hands on training the following week but Ilene called me the very next day after I completed and see if I wanted to come in then and just knock it out. Which I did! This was my fourth renewal with RC Health Services in Austin and I will definitely be be back.

Ilene and staff were extremely helpful with scheduling for my renewal to taking the class. I received my cards right after completing my skills assessment. I felt extremely safe having to come in during the pandemic. Overall, I had a great experience.
Lynn was an absolute dream. Engaging, knowledgeable, and ever so patient. She gave excellent reasons as to why things work best this way or the other. It really helped put things in perspective for me. Eileen up front was awesome too! There was a problem with my registration, and she helped clear it up in about 5 seconds flat. Awesome place!
Staff were helpful for my initial BLS skills session. They had proper social distancing rules during this pandemic. I recommend people to get their CPR cards in this location.
Great instructors, I liked the simulations, the amount of detail they put into the cases, and the discussion after each case. I found it very helpful.
