I had a very outstanding experience working with Kim Fry, a true & committed professional. Living in Thailand & under pressure (1031 from home sale in another state) to find a property in Austin & buy it sight unseen was quite a challenge. Kim took most of the stress & challenges out of the process with constant, consistent & very collaborative follow up & support. Over the years (and I am not a young man any longer) I have bought & sold homes in the U.S numerous times while living abroad. No realtor I have ever worked with stepped up quite the way Kim did. Allie Martinez was our realtor, and she was proactive from the get-go. She reached out to us when we started toying around with the idea of buying a home. She was extremely helpful from day 1, answering questions and informing us of the process over a Zoom call. Allie constantly suggested properties to us without being overbearing, and if we wanted to see one, she always made time in her schedule for a viewing. She's extremely knowledgeable about the Austin area, and does her research when presenting options to buyers. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area!
