I moved from Austin 20 years ago and on current trip forgot running socks. Stopped by REI Saturday morning waited 2 mins to get in, had awesome chat with young woman working door. She told me exactly where my toe socks would be. Once inside got my socks, about 3 people said good morning and asked if I needed assistance. Great staff. At checkout when asked if I was a member I said yes 20 years ago. The guy was able to find my membership and update it. Truly forgot how much I love this store. Great work!
Great place for outdoor apparel and equipment. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have several safety protocols in place to help keep customers and staff safe. They also offer curbside pick up. I love me some REI
I always experience fantastic customer service here. I recently bought a bike and the bike shop staff were all highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Extra thank you to Corey for walking the bike out to my car, taking off the front wheel and working to get it safely into my car! You can tell they stand by their products, too, which I appreciate when making bigger purchases like a bike. Thanks REI!
REI never fails! I had gone to two other stores to find vegetarian MREs and ISO fuel. Also they're taking amazing measures to combat covid and the staff is awesome!
