Reliable Pools came to my rescue after the mess the previous pool contractor bailed on clean up efforts in replacing the coping around the pool. The pool was left a dirty mess with thick limestone sediment on the bottom. It would have been quite cumbersome to run this sediment through the filter. The technician from Reliable Pools was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was in and out within less than 2 hours. Cleaned the sediment without running through the pool filter and provided me with sparkling clear water within 24 hours of running the filter pump! Reliable also provided same day service from my initial call. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs emergency help with their pool! Thanks! Brad Hoff
Took care of our Hyde Park pool for 4 years, through parties, storms, and even COVID, Reliable Pool Care came every Monday to service the pool. They’ve gone above and beyond to work with us, adding a pool timer, splitting bills with our landlord, and just being all around nice people. Over the four years, I never had any problems with the service, they took care of the pool and were great communicators.
We love Reliable Pool Care! Austin, our technician, is professional and communicates with us weekly. We had a leak that they were quickly able to detect and refer us to their sister company. In the meantime, Austin keeps our pool ready for use and sparkly clean!
My pool motor stopped working and I reached out to Reed at Reliable Pool Care. I emailed him a couple of pictures of the pool pump, including a picture of the tag on the motor that has all the pertinent information. He was able to give me 2 estimates so that I would have a ball park range of what the work was going to cost. The pool technician, John, called me before he came to my house and had all the parts to replace the motor on the spot! John really knows his craft and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Reliable Pool Care to anyone who needs fast, professional, and reasonable pool service.
