They didn’t tell me and my wife that we had a bill. We had the money to pay it, but instead of informing us that we had a due amount they reported it to a collection agency and are ignoring us as patients now. They never answer the phone and the online portal never has any available appointments and that has never been the case for us before they reported us. They were always highly esteemed in our eyes until they pulled this. The amount owed is just over 200 which we would have gladly payed if they asked or even informed us that it existed. I don’t recommend them to anyone for this reason. You don’t wait for someone to get a amount due and then keep them from being able to make a appointment or even speak with the front desk then report them to a collection agency. We would have happily paid.

I’d like to say from the first day I met Dr. Shepherd she was instantly a breath of fresh air. Being an African American female I had a lot of questions and concerns regarding my pregnancy and genetic makeup. Dr. Shepherd listened to all of my concerns and gave me many resources to help put my mind at ease. She always responds to my messages in a timely manner and goes above and beyond for me. I’m forever grateful for her!

I highly recommend Dr. Rachel Shepherd and this office. Dr. Shepherd has been my doctor for over two years. She is very knowledgeable, highly professional, thorough during every appointment and simply caring. The entire team at this office are ockstars\. They are courteous, efficient and always helpful. Also, their \doctor - patient\ communication system is so robust (online check-ins, reminders, follow-ups, online notes from the doctor, test results, all can be accessed anytime). Thank you All for the care you provide!

This was the worst OB/Gyn appointment I have ever had. This visit was for a pap and breast exam, and it was first appointment with Dr. Shepherd. Not my first pap, but it was my first breast exam. Dr. Shepherd seemed to have her mind elsewhere during my entire appointment. During the breast exam she walked in and was having a conversation with the nurse. Without any explanation she pulled open my gown and started the breast exam. During the entire breast exam she continued on a conversation with the nurse about matters unrelated to my appointment, and didn’t explain what she was doing to me at all. She was not gentile during the breast exam or pap. The whole appointment felt rushed as if she just wanted to get me out so she could go home (it was the end of the day). I had asked about switching to a new birth control and explained I was on a pill I did not like, and was not comfortable getting another IUD because my IUD I had before caused me pain for seven months. She continued to push the IUD with no concern for my feelings. I did not feel heard. At the end of my appointment as I was getting dressed her nurse came into the room without knocking and began a conversation with me and handed me some papers, I LITERALLY DID NOT HAVE CLOTHES ON. This was incredibly disrespectful and a violation of my privacy. As I left they turned out the lights and I walked out of the building in the dark. It was absolutely ridiculous that this happened and I am so disappointed with Dr. Shepard and her nurse. Both need lessons in basic manners and human decency.

I received the most wonderful care from Dr. Troppli and his team. From the receptionist phone call to addressing my concern. I had a problem with my IUD placed in a different location. Dr.T removed it and replaced it with a better one for me. He did this so fast and as pain free as possible. I cannot recommend them enough!
