We have been with River Kids for more than 2 years and we are so pleased with the amazing speech therapist Carrie Mella! She is the best dealing with special needs kids. My daughter loves her and has improved since Carrie started speech therapy with her. Carrie is responsible, punctual, trusty, clean and works with devotion. Thank you Carrie!

Riverkids standards are poor. The level of care my son received from therapy was horrible. We chose to find a new therapist at a different company because our son deserves the best and Riverkids is not that.
I really can't say enough positive things about RiverKids. My son has some articulation delays and I didn't realize how hard it was to get insurance to approve therapy. Other facilities stopped trying to receive insurance approval after they received the initial denial. Not RiverKids! They worked diligently with me and my son's doctors to receive all the right types of documentation and worked very hard to receive authorization from insurance. They were amazing with how they worked with everyone and kept me up to date on the status. I beyond appreciate them working hard on behalf of my son. Additionally, his therapist is just terrific. As soon as word came through my son's therapy was approved she reached out to get him scheduled immediately. She also is so quick to respond and is just a joy to talk to. I am so excited my son will be working with her! Thank you RiverKids for working so hard on getting this all approved, I can't stop raving about you guys!
RiverKids is a godsend, they take all the work out of navigating with your insurance company. The therapist Angie that is working with our daughter is an absolute gem, she is so calm and patient and my 3 month old absolutely loves her. I can already see results a few weeks in. Additionally Katie Nava, a revenue cycle patient benefits specialist has been wonderful, helping me with an insurance billing issue.
