Great location. Has gone down hill past year .. Tenants are allowed one visitor permit. Means no wine parties, no Thanksgiving dinner, dinner parties, movie night, friends over for BBQ by pool ... unless everyone but one parks across the street.

Lived here for 2 years now and it's great. The neighbors are friendly and it's right on the lake! You can paddleboard or kayak, literally, right off the complex (it has a dock). Or you can spend the day by the pool overlooking the lake with a great view of the city! The only downside is that many of the condos don't get much sunlight and can get pretty dark. But, hey, who needs sunlight inside when you have such great outdoor activities to enjoy?

Management here sucks. They never answer phone calls or respond to emails. Remodeling has been going on for 3 months now, 7 days out of the week, starting sometimes as early as 7am. Management does nothing about this. Haven't been able to sleep in and relax in months. Nice location and a nice place but horrible management.

Not recommended to rent 500 E Riverside Dr #121-D. It is an old and small studio with a tiny fridge. Moved in last year, noticed a smell everytime cooling or heating is on. Told the landlord, she stopped by to mask the smell with some essential oils that she was selling (it didn't work). So tried to use the central air system as little as I can. Fast forward to the summer, had to turn the AC on more because it is hot in the summer, AC started to leak water all over the studio. Reported to the landlord, took forever to send somebody over to try to get it fix (the sink was also leaking during this time). He didn't even fix the problem (I have to take off work to get the problem fix), I ended up opened up the central air system and fixed it myself cause I didn't want to miss work anymore. The central air was a nightmare to behold, it is filled with rust and black mold (found the cause of the smell and explained why my allergy got worse everytime heating or cooling was on). TL;DR: The landlord takes money, doesn't want to fix anything. For your health, don't rent 500 E Riverside Dr #121-D.
