Brian really knows what he’s getting into when you ask him anything about Rolls Royce. The man is a Encyclopedia of any information you might want and is more than happy to tell you all about the biggest parts like the engine that goes into the best or even the smallest details like what material was used to stitch the umbrellas together that go into the door-well.(yes, a Rolls Royce comes with a umbrella!) over all an amazing experience every time I come in to say hello to the amazing people down at the dealership. You buy a Rolls Royce only to find that they do not offer a loaner even if your car is going to be in the shop for 19 days. I have other cars but with the wife bing out of Country and COVID the least they can offer is a loaner. Secondly try to get their service department to answer a call or return a voice mail!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rolls Royce RIGHT

Bought a ‘17 Escalade used March 2020. Finance person rushed paperwork. We bought GAP and used car warranty. Warranty was funded. But dealer/finance person never purchased the GAP insurance on our behalf as of August 2020, and GAP protection company had no records of funds or vehicle info, so I’m assuming dealer or finance person pocketed the entire GAP premium (fraud). Never let the sales team or finance talk you into GAP or warranty if you’re rushed for time! And get EVERYTHING in writing. Still waiting to see my money returned.
