We currently have RPM as a management company for our home. The team is responsive and professional. I communicate with Bobbie Love regarding a majority of my questions and or concerns and she has been extremely reliable with regard to acting as an efficient facilitator for any service calls or communication that needs to be done with the property owner. I also have been very satisfied with the companies that they contract with to perform repairs, etc... specifically Miss Mae's Cleaning & Maintenance. The owner (John Osborn) is so down to earth and very helpful / flexible with scheduling appointments. We have been very satisfied with this agency.

We have rented a townhouse through RPM for about 4 months and have had an excellent experience. On the occasions when we have needed a maintenance issue addressed, they have responded quickly and professionally. Staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. I don't often post reviews, but in this case the exception is warranted.

Horrible experience - the house we moved into is a nice house but was treated extremely poor prior to moving in. When moved in we were left with many chores to take care of. Full trash cans, plastic/trash all over the backyard. The company lacks timely responses and doesn’t seem to care to help. Left our rental spotless and in better condition then before and they still found a way to charge us a ridiculous amount out of our deposit and refuse to acknowledge how they came up with the amount. I’ve rented numerous times all over Austin and this was easily the worst experience by far, prevent working with this company they are a scam.

So far RPM has followed through with everything they promised, and even had a garage door opener installed weeks ahead of when they originally promised. They are thorough and professional. If you have bad credit or a poor rental history they will weed you out.

Please don't trust RPM. They cannot guarantee that if you sign a contract that they will honor it. This will leave you in a completely untenable position with nowhere to live. I'm a disabled veteran and need to be within walking distance of my children to see them regularly. I applied to rent an acceptable property months ago. My application was accepted, RPM asked for money and then I paid them. I delayed selling my house and lost thousands of dollars because I had to back out of the sale at the last minute due to the house being re-rented to the current tenant. RPM chose to create a false advertisement about the house being available immediately. RPM chose to allow the tenant to re-sign a short lease after receiving my application. RPM told me to wait a couple of months so I verified the availability repeatedly, always being told I was good. Allegedly the home owner decided they didn't want to rent the house to me and RPM canceled my lease. I'm soon to be a homeless veteran who won't be able to see his kids as a direct result of RPM's representations. There are currently no properties close enough for me to see my children or even inhabit due the rental market. I don't know what laws govern this sort of bait-and-switch; certainly some do. Please use a fully accredited professional Realtor and not some management office that Zumper told you to contact while searching for a new home.
