I liked living here but now that my contract is ending I asked the women who are in the office if they could give me a 3 bedroom apartment because my family has grown up and they with their negativity, we cannot that you have to go back and forth to apply, and lived here 6 years with these people in the office you cannot talk they are pure negativity thanks to them I am moving after 6 years

I lve lived here for 10 years, same used carpet as the previous owner i can feel the concrete floor when i step. No hot water in the mornings or at night. Front office wont do anything to help but say they would take care of it. I would give them a negatve of i had the option.
They never have hot water. The staff is rude and never helpfu. It is a nightmare to live here, is not worth it.
The office people Hate my mom For no reason. They also treat us like crap.one more thing, people who are criminals will shoot guns infront of your building.
If I could give zero stars I would. This apartments suck. Roaches everywhere, no mater if you clean daily, call the exterminator every other week you will not see any results. To say I can't even cook in my kitchen in peace because there is bugs crawling in the stove. It's disgusting. They should make it a thing that the whole apartments get the exterminator twice a month. I would definitely NOT recommend this apartments to my friends or family, not unless they take action in getting rid the bugs.
