DO NOT GO HERE. Take your business anywhere else. The billing department will charge you for multiple appointments at once possibly weeks or months later. You will try to call the billing department to figure out what the charges are from because they don't send you the invoice only to get the run around from the newest company handling the accounting (there have been 5 different companies in 2 years). Then when they finally try to call you they call you from a blocked number that iPhones automatically send straight to voicemail. They know this they just don't care. They also tried over charging me, I had to go directly to my insurance company to verify the correct co-pay amount before they corrected it and gave me a refund for the correct amount, they also send you a check instead of transferring back to your card. I've worked in customer service my entire life and have never been more frustrated and disappointed by a business. That's all this place is, a business, out to take your money. They don't care about the clientele at all. I've also been trying to get a paid in full statement on my account so I don't have to be one of the many people I know who get charges MONTHS later after they have stopped being a client here. It's been 15 days and I'm still going back and forth emailing Anna Warde the Clinical Manager.

I enjoyed being at Sage Recovery & Wellness very much. They are really helping me to turn around my life and get back on track. Without their support, I don't think I could have done this. Tiffany, my case manager, was very helpful and encouraging.

This place is an absolute joke of an establishment. I went here out of desperation in finding a counselor that could truly fit my needs. I had an “assessment” done explaining that I had been through a various amount of counselors and again. Wanted desperately to find the right fit. I was paired with a counselor that I later found out had only been there for A WEEK. She was unprofessional to say the very least and also only had one day available weekly for her scheduling. Following that. This place has over charges me almost 700. Their accountant has sent me three separate “apology “ emails for the charges and inconvenience it has cause me. Normally I would understand I common mistake but I have learned it also happened to a friend of mine. So it seems intentional as this point. I would not recommend this place at all.

My first experience at a rehab center was Sage Recovery & Wellness. The clinical and housing workers are both compassionate, supportive, and truly caring. For those seeking support and wanting to begin the process of recovering from drug abuse, I highly suggest this treatment center.
