They determined rather quickly the issue with our washer and have ordered the part which will be here in 10 days. The two service reps were very friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable.

I appreciate that Sears was able to schedule me in the same day! What a great response. My front load washer was repaired and the serviceman was very courteous the entire time even when attempting to contact a manager after hours. We live out in the country so I appreciate that we can find good help when needed.
Our refrigerator stopped cooling. We called Sears Appliance Repair on September 12th. We found out that they subcontract with third-party repair companies, and it was subject to those parties' availability. It took until the 16th for someone to come to our house. He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes (the compressor needed to be changed) but said he couldn't fix it until the fix had been authorized by Sears' warranty department. That took until September 29th. So for 17 days we were keeping our food from spoiling by using ice. Not a very good experience.
Knowledgeable, timely and precise. Checked all areas to ensure no future problems. Excellent service.
Finally, after months of trying to get parts, the correct part arrived and Sears home repair completed the install. Washer works just like new.
