My husband and I have gone to this clinic for almost 3 years now. At first we were extremely pleased but now, after arguing with the clinic repeatedly over my Cigna coverage, I have to warn people against this place. We are blessed with relatively good health so aside from the occasional cold/flu, we go for our annual checkups. Every time, they have coded it incorrectly so I have to pay my copay. Each time I addressed this, they claimed it was my fault. I should have told them it was an annual, I should have informed them of the lab I wanted my labwork to be processed at, or lately, \because of covid\ we aren't allowed to code anything as an annual. I finally called my Cigna insurance and spoke to them about the latest issue and was told that my latest visit should have been coded as an annual visit; there is NO restriction due to covid that they couldn't. When I called to inform the clinic, as I had an upcoming visit which they mandated I come in for (only to renew my yearly prescription), I was told I was wrong. I said \I'm telling you what Cigna told me; how is that wrong\. In the past, with other billing issues, I was told to call the manager. When I did, it took over 2 weeks and multiple voice messages to receive a call back. And the response I got was once again, somehow it was my fault for the wrong coding of my visits. In the 20 years I've had annual visits to many different doctors, I have never once had to inform them this was an annual visit. My records spoke to themselves. The first visit and even the second visit, I didn't press the issue despite the ridiculous response as I figured they just needed to build up my medical records. But now I'm beyond livid. I caution anyone who goes there to ensure you are being charged correctly. Despite a wonderful nurse practitioner, I cannot recommend this place.

I've been going to this clinic for about 3 years now, and Jill Frank is my Nurse Practitioner. This place is absolutely everything I want in a physicians office. The staff is friendly, prompt, informed, and efficient. The Physicians Assistants are all incredibly conscientious, and their follow-up is always thorough. Jill herself has always taken the upmost care with me. She's always offered informed alternatives, she's got a holistic approach that's clearly grounded in modern medicine. I've had acupuncture administered in the office twice for migraines, and both times have greatly decreased my pain. Jill has seen me through yearly physicals, mammograms, a facial injury and subsequent sinus surgery, migraines, depression, and all of my ongoing care. I cannot recommend this office highly enough. They are efficient, and thorough. I not only feel that I'm treated well as a patient each visit, but I feel they remember me, my ongoing medical history, and they make it a point to incorporate a whole-body approach to all ongoing care.

This place is a waste of time. The front staff was nice and the nurse too, but that was it. The practice and my doctor were not worth the visit. After a million and twelve questions I thought there would be some form of results. They gave me some paper handouts printed from Google, a suggestion to download an app for stress and meditation, and a suggestion to do some yoga. Those were the solutions. I then denied to get labs done because they don't even check your insurance for you either. They were just going to do the labs and make me pay whatever fees come up. But my biggest frustration was receiving printed pages from a Google search about my issues. I have access to a computer and library, I didn't need handouts, I needed results. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY. I wasted 2 hours, to walk out with a handwritten code sheet of labs they would do, and no results for anything. I am literally in a worse position then when I walked in the door.

The nurses are very nice and listen. The doctors I have seen are thorough and helpful. I was seen within a reasonable amount of time. And the front desk staff was very friendly. All around pleasant experience considering that I was sick.
