I came to this clinic shortly after moving to Austin because the reviews were so good but I did not have the same experience. I never felt safe/comfortable in the office. I went in for my yearly wellness check up and a few weeks alter went in for an IUD. She did not talk to me AT ALL about the side effects (so I definitely thought something was wrong with me when I was spotting and still in pain weeks later). I ended up going to a new doctor where I learned that I was given Mirena when I very specifically asked for Kyleena.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Prisacaru and her staff. Being military, I have seen my fair share of dr.'s around the country. She listened to me, I felt completely comfortable talking to her, and she was informative. I went to her based on reviews, and I am so glad I did.

I moved to austin 2 years ago and was so lucky to find this office! Dr. Prisacaru has done routine care, urgent care as well as surgery for me and each experience was excellent. Her office is efficient and the wait time is never an issue. She is super responsive to all questions and messages through her online portal as well! I would recommend her to anyone in search of an obgyn

They cancelled my appointment since the Dr. has some emergency appointment. I understand it, but I need to have the check done as soon as possible since I don't feel well. However, they told me they don't have appointment recently. It is not fair to me. I made my appointment earlier, and it is the Doctor to cancel my appointment since she needs to do the emergency case. But why they cannot put me on the special case to give me an appointment ASAP. why I need to wait till the availability appointment they have currently, I even explained my current situation makes me worried about my health condition, but the lady who talked with me just told me no, we don't have any appointments available recently and they have to cancel my appointment since the Dr. need to take care the other case. I understand the Dr. needs to reschedule the appointment due to emergency. But as an Doctor, you need to understand I followed the rule to made an appointment and needs to be checked as ASAP as well.
