As a new Austinite I was concerned about finding a groomer for my little 10 lb. terrier that would not only do a great job of grooming but show patience and kindness to her also. I could not have been more pleased! Thank you!

Kim is great with dogs...even grumpy, hard to manage elderly ones. She was the only groomer we could find who was willing and able to give our temperamental Schnauzer a proper haircut, and knew how to keep him calm during the process. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and cares about each and every dog she works with. Price is great too. We highly recommend her!!
We take our elderly dogs there. Kim is wonderful and even gave us tips on our doggie weightloss (which were the same tips our vet gave us and they worked!) She always does a great job on our Summer cuts. Recommended!
Kim was such a great help. She took her time explaining to me what she was going to do and what I needed to do. This was only the 2nd time my dog was groomed and Kim did a great job!!!! The price was great too. Harley came back a brand new dog. Appreciate it Kim!!!!
We took our Schnauzer there because it had good reviews. After talking about having 20 years of experience and showing us a book with other dogs groomed, we thought we were leaving our dog in good hands. We explained how we wanted the cut to be. When we picked up our dog she had butchered his beard giving it a pointy shape. The lady was loud and scared our dog, who is already skittish. My wife had to trim his beard even more to fix the mess. 2 stars is too generous. We won’t be going back there.
