I love Dr. Ravenscroft and just about all the staff there. She has seen two out of three of my kids that have been waiting on the extremely long list of people that need to get in. I am very satisfied with how most of the staff handles themselves as well. My three stars is rated because each time I call, Monica answers the phone and transfers me to the department needed. I always get the voicemail box and it states that they will call me back within 24 hours. I have never received a call back from the nurse. I had to call every day for a week for them to transfer one of my children's referrals to a therapy office. I know it isn't the nurse I have seen at the office that the voicemail is for, but I am unsure of who the nurse is. I haven't dealt with her before and to not receive any call backs, just doesn't sit right.

If there was an option to rate “O” stars, I would have based on the total lack of customer service. In addition to the rudeness and disinterest of staff, I was transferred three times upon requesting to speak to the office manager, only to have no one answer. It would be so helpful if conversations with doctors and staff were recorded/documented for accuracy, as well as checking the medical summary before leaving the office and again re-checked after the appointment to ensure all information was entered accurately. I wanted to speak with Dr. ??? regarding my concerns and to make an appointment, only to be told that the next available appointment to address my concerns with my child would not be until early 2019. UPDATE: I made the mistake by telling one of the rude staff members that I would be writing a review. So, I did get a call for an update appointment, but the downside was now they are saying only available appointments is in the office that’s 29 miles away and the appointment was set for 8:30 a.m. Good luck with an autistic child and rush hour traffic. I’m not sure why this office is biased towards a selected few, but I would urge you to reconsider this doctor and staff when it comes to your valued loved ones. If you voice concerns, consider that you downfall or a mistake.

Keep getting different info from office staff about appointments. A referral was sent a month ago with no call back from the office staff-I have had to call 3x & was told they were getting another NP to help with the increase in requests. Very disappointed with scheduling-this morning was told the next appointment will be next yr when I was told two other times we should be able to get an appointment w/in 4-6wks. I keep getting something different every time.

Ravenscroft is very thorough.Terrible office staff that seem to have no clue or concern for their patients or doing their job.
