I've been seeing Dr. Shung since 2011. She doesn't treat her patients like cattle. It never fails, but she is always running a little bit late on her schedule. I don't mind though, because she's the type of doctor that will sit down with you and actually spend time listening to you. She remembers you as a person rather than just a chart.
Sheila is very friendly & social, makes you feel comfortable but terrible with follow up and not a proactive doctor. Told to get lab done, no paper work sent to the lab to get tests done. No follow up, poor administration and lacks comprehensive care. My husband used to visit her as well and she is sloppy ... he was found to have prostate cancer but it was not discovered by Shiela, our GP. It was uncovered by our Thyroid doctor who leaves no stone unturned. In good conscience I cannot recommend Shiela.
Dr Shung was personable, thorough, and helpful. She took the time to listen and inquire about my issues and help me address my concerns. The office is clean and well managed. Thank you!
Love Dr.Shung and love her staff. Always easy to get in to see her. She's been my doctor for several years and I wouldn't change for anything.
