Toni and Eric helped us to find a great investment opportunity as well as connecting us with the entire team that made this happen. It was an unusual deal and it required a lot of hard work. They were great at all times and we really appreciate it. We look forward to work together again in the future.

I don’t mean to sound cocky or unfair, but I’ve had the BEST time moving in with Sienna Properties. Only simple fixtures were needed; like a door or two needing a knob replacement. But everything I’ve inquired about has been acknowledged and immediately scheduled for fixing. I’ve only been moved in for about a week or two now and I already feel like it’s home- my home. It’s everything I wanted in a residence and they’ve made it that much easier by having phenomenal communication and sincere interest in my concerns. I would highly recommend their company and services. I could go on and on but I’m gonna go back to relaxing in my beautiful, spacious living room :-). Everyone is meant to be somewhere and I feel this is where I was meant to be until I find my forever home. Simply amazing at its finest \u003c3.
The good and the bad.... I have been a renter through Sienna Properties for a few short years. Though, I had some minor moments of frustration with them...the majority of the time was good. I don't have any major complaints with Eric or Tiffany or my home owner. Those are the main 3 I usually have to call for inquiries or problems. Today was the icing on the cake. We were scheduled to do a walk through with one of their Real Estate Brokers as the house I am renting is being put on the market at the end of my lease. Unbeknownst to me, I was stuck at the airport for 2 days prior due to bad weather and fell asleep as soon as I got home...only to wake up in a panic realizing that our scheduled walk through was minutes away. I texted the broker, moments before she arrived to see if she would be a decent human and push our time back. Her name is Toni Bondonzi she was completely horrible and unprofessional, threatening to charge me 75. if I didn't let her in. She wouldn't listen to me as I tried to explain my situation, she walked in with an attitude. When I told her about her rotten attitude, she shrugged her shoulders and pushed through the house without regard to my circumstances or respect for me. I asked her to leave and she refused and kept taking pictures of the house. I feel as if complaints like these are never taken serious, in house, especially when it's a complaint about one of their own. I am only posting for those of you who are weighing whether or not to use this company. My next stop is Yelp, specifically to complain about Toni. Rebecca Liles
If I could give them -10 stars I would. Completely incompetent management company. Everyone who works there has no idea what they're doing minus Erick. They never answer the phone or e-mails unless they are charging you extra fees. Don't ever expect to catch them in person either because they're never in the office! If you do by chance get them on the phone or in person, they're extremely rude and condescending. Do yourself a favor and pass on whatever property they have. They won't clean it when you move in and won't care about anything you have to say going forward (mostly because they never call you back!) Life is a lot less stressful without Sienna Properties in it. I would never recommend to anyone.

My family and I are very happy with our experiences with Sienna Properties this past year… You’ve treated us with the professionalism that all consumers should expect. I just want to give notice to a job well done and my family and I look forward to the upcoming year with Sienna Properties. Thank you for the support you have provided. You guys took a chance on us and we appreciate it every day.
