When I saw this place, me and my same sex partner were so excited for the opportunity to live in a not so gentrified part of town. And for the low low price of nearly a half a million dollars... the kitchen bath combo is absolutely incredible. allowing you to enjoy the superb luxury of making #2 while staring your spouse as he or she cooks a #2. The bedroom living room combo was just simply a must have for us. There is nothing more satisfying than having your best friend sleep only four and a half feet away from me and my husband on what I described as sofa sleeper but it's really a chase lounge. Outside the property is where the charm really starts to come alive. The neighborhoods of low-income housing, petty crime, and used car lots, really suck in the eccentric austinite crowd (eat your heart out Terry town). On evenings my spouse and I enjoy a walk behind the romantically lit dealerships of the motor mile. Located conveniently just down the road next to the freeway we are by. Anyways this place is great... if you are looking to purchase an overpriced condo that comes with a 10 minute story (excuse) to your friends about what a good deal you got. Then sky bridge lofts if the place for you.
I’ve lived here for two years. There isn’t any place like it in Austin. I don’t understand why one of my neighbors would describe it in such snotty terms, because most of the people who live here are really cool. It’s not perfection, it’s not paradise, but it’s cool clean and modern and safe and well-designed and convenient to downtown and within my budget. I’m looking into the legality of opening my skin care business here which would be ideal for me. If you love modern design, but can’t afford a 1 million condo, this is the place for you. They’re not half 1 million, most of them are around a quarter million. What’s not to love?
