Jason and team we easy to work with, they answered all our questions on time ... stayed within budget and worked with us on changes throughout the project. We would definitely use them for our future projects in the Austin area.

Jason with Small House Solutions was absolutely wonderful to work with and extremely helpful with our tiny home project! He provided us with invaluable information and helped us figure out the scope and direction of our project. Jason always responded to emails quickly and arrived on time for appointments. This is one of the best experiences we have had working with a contractor and I highly recommend him and this company.
Cancelled appointment to see property 18 minutes before the appointment. Josh did this after online confirmation, verbal confirmation, and 2 texts confirmations. To do that shows disrespect for people in general.when I said I was going to write a review about my experience the person over Josh called and asked me not to post. I posted previously about this, but the company who finds jobs for Small House Solutions and collects the reviews did not post it. I wonder how many other negative reviews they have not posted.
Jason and Eddie did a great job building an 1100 square foot custom house for us near airport Blvd in Austin. Jason created drawings and plans for us which saved the expense of using an architect. He also knows how to get it done with the City of Austin - he took care of everything. We are really happy with the style and quality of the house and everything was carried out according to the original contract and budget. We will likely build additional houses in the future and we plan to use Small House Solutions!
I wanted to put a tiny house on my daughter's farm outside Austin. I was getting confused looking at all the different park models at retailer sites. Then I discovered Jason, and his custom design process was just what I was looking for. It reassured me that I would get the right house for me and I got to see it before it got built. Then he supervised the build and the delivery. Because of some crazy rain the delivery got delayed, but Jason stayed right on top of things and he got my unit in place. When you get into any project like this you have to figure you will run into some problems. Jason handled everything that came along just great and made sure that I got what I wanted. This is a guy you can rely on and he's fun to work with.
