My 2 kids (5 and 7yo) absolutely loved LEGO camp at Snapology. They were so excited to go to camp every morning and so happy to tell me about how awesome their day was when I picked them up. Some of my kids comments were “it was pretty perfect” and “did you know you could pay more so we could stay until 5pm?”. The staff was friendly and it was well organized.

Actually the kids enjoy the experience. May be I can change to 3 stars. At least the kids are satisfied, and the staff are kind. I am satisfied with the teachers in the camp. But I feel it is not worth for a few reasons. First, I think it’s better to have a confirmation letter saying we are enrolled successfully. But I never receive a confirmation letter. I even doubt if we are enrolled successfully on the day of camp. And the website has many bugs. I click many links on your website and they turned out to a error404 page. I searched in another way and finally got the camp page without error messages. Second, I miss the pick up time, that’s my fault. But if you decide to charge, you should send me message from the time point you decide to charge, instead of 20 minutes later. Actually, I am around your school, I can pick up him in five minutes. Third, when I arrive at school at 5:30, I ring the bell but no one come out to open the door for me. I thought there’s no one, so I knocked on other doors, and then come back to ring the first door again. Finally they charge me to 5:34. Last is the most important, I register for the camp because I think it should be a good experience to train my kids. However I found there’s no difference with playing in LEGO store. Maybe you have other themes of camp better than this one, but at least I am not satisfied with the star war camp. I should add some more, after seeing their reply. The guy who reply to me is not honest. I am sure about the time I arrive there. Ring the bell and waiting outside without anyone answering. This is the worst place for kids I experienced.
