Hands down, the most hassle free truck purchase I have ever experienced! Michael worked out all details over phone. He then picked me up and brought me into the dealership! He delivered 100% percent on the deal. There were no surprises. Jett in finance continued the same level of service. After a few signatures, I was on my way home. Our Sales person Mark was very nice to us and helped us get a little hope to get a semi new car. We came to a deal that we agree on. We waited a really long time to get to a finance manager. Let me tell you this finance manager basically credit shamed the hell out my significant other plus it wasn’t even a finance manager it was the GENERAL MANAGER!!!!!!and into forcing me to put my name on a vehicle that wasn’t for me just because I co signed. He was very rude and shuffling papers aggressively and slamming folders. This was very unprofessional of Kevin the General manager. He told us something different then what our sales person said and agreed on. I wouldn’t recommend this place they are liars and got our hopes up for nothing wasted a whole Saturday!
