I love this church! It is quickly becoming my new home and a wonderful place to worship! Social distancing is enforced and all safety precautions are being observed. Beautiful inside and out including the congregation! Thank you for the faith and love I feel from this church!

The Cathedral is absolutely breathtaking. My wife and I, visiting Austin for the weekend, attended the 5:30pm Mass on Sunday. The Mass was beautiful, until we had to sit through the most liberal homily by the Deacon. I understand we are in the middle of a Presidential election. I also understand that Austin and probably most of the parishioners at the Cathedral are liberal. However, I come to Mass to be with God and his teachings, not a man's opinion or desire to sway those in attendance to vote one way or another. There are plenty of approved resources available for Catholics to formulate his or her decision regarding which candidate better serves our faith outside of Mass. We were disappointed. I hope the Deacon will discern about God's will in the future instead of manipulating Sacred Scripture to fit his agenda.

This morning I attended TLM with my brother at 7:30 AM. We were visiting family in Austin and we wanted to attend a TLM here in Austin before we left back to Dallas. Thankful we did and got to witness a beautiful TLM with Rev. Daniel Liu leading it. Beautiful Cathedral and celebration with our Catholic brothers and sisters.
