I took my computer here to get the charging port fixed. They said it would be done within 3 days. I didn't get my laptop back for like 8 weeks, and not only that they damaged the motherboard. Absolutely no stars, do not collect 200, go straight to jail.

THIS IS WHAT YOURE LOOKING FOR. I am a new “streamer” and I use that term lightly bc the last game I played was from GameCube and the last laptop I used is a MacBook Air that hasn’t turned on in two yrs (which they’re fixing too btw) I’ve never owned a desktop pc and much less a gaming pc. I’m pretty smart and usually can figure things out myself but this was something that I just did not understand. After trying basically every place that came up when searching “computer shops near me” and being either turned down or basically laughed at for my budget, i came here as my last resort and fortunately met my new tech mentor, Tanner. I am SO GLAD i came here bc he gave me such a GREAT DEAL. Everyone that helped out was KIND, ENTHUSIASTIC, AND PATIENT!!! I came in not even knowing what to ask and Tanner literally told me in terms I understood what I needed, what it was, why I needed it, and where to get it if they didn’t have it. He even checked other items I got off fb marketplace to make sure they were good and ready . The tech world can be intimidating but from start to finish they were always PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS!! I’m not saying I came out an IT expert but I definitely have the necessary knowledge to start off this new hobby. I’M NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. Whether you need your screen repaired or upgrade your pc , this is where you come. I definitely contributed to their lunch fund, will do again, and you should too! I’m gonna promote the h*ck out of them with the two viewer platform i have. They’re the kind of ppl you HAVE to thank during your speech after u win whatever award. This is one less headache to worry about and I’m so THANKFUL. also, not trying to be creepy but I’d def buy their calendar if they had one \\_(ツ)_/
