Office staff has always been courteous and professional about complaints due to noise or animal feces or even the water being shut off when you're in the middle of a shower, but the last two times I have spoken with a particular member of the management team I have not received good or even \ok\ customer service. She's new and I believe is in need of some training on how to address complaints from her residents since things are going to breakdown, people will have complaints, and saying things like, \that's just apartment life\ sounds like \get over it\ to the customer making the complaint. Natacha, on the other hand, is great! She was my manager at the last apartment I lived at and I have nothing but respect for her. She's usually in the office in the mornings so that's a relief. Just stinks when I have to make a call to the office in the evenings.

This is my second apartment in South Austin and it has been a great experience. I liked it so much I got my brother to lease here as well. The location is great and the outdoor space in the community is a huge plus. My dog and I enjoy walks under the oak trees out front and there are loads of parks in walking distance. The staff is helpful and friendly. Natascha and Donna were very helpful as I was getting settled into the apartment and worked with my brother as well. Roy has done a great job with the property maintenance and they are quick to jump on a fix. He is on site more often than not and gets things done! Pool was really nice last year but COVID sure screwed up the start of pool season. Staff did a great job keeping a smooth operation through COVID. Great safety practices with maintenance and leasing.
I lived here for 2 years. My one bedroom apartment luckily was on the 2nd floor (since the 1st floor floods). Landing to my apartment stairs would usually be flooded whenever it rained. The inside of my apartment was pretty basic. I didn’t live in an updated unit. I enjoyed the covered patio. Lots of space. Although, my carpeting was old and cabinets falling apart since they were made of particle board. The price of these apartments keeps increasing due to the location. Location was the best thing about this apartment. Also my neighbors were quiet. I only shared one wall with my neighbors though. I decided to move due to the price increases in rent and not living in an updated apartment (found this to be a joke). The laundry room was such a mess in this apartment complex. I ended up using laundry units elsewhere or paying for wash and fold service. Go for a unit NOT by the pool since it’s the noisiest & not very private when it comes to people being able to see inside your apartment when driving and entering the complex. Pool was underwhelming (small and not private at all since it’s in a parking lot). You get the bare bones basics here for the price I paid. I can’t imagine paying much more to live here which is why I left.
My wife and I had no complaints about these apartments until they replaced all their management staff around 2 years ago. The staff now is vindictive and unpleasant, with a painfully obvious lack of customer service experience. Management engaged in unlawful retaliatory non-renewal of lease as a direct result of negative feedback we submitted. The nature of our complaint centered around a failure of communication that resulted in a maintenance worker entering and beginning work on flooring while my wife slept not 15 feet away. She woke up frightened and understandably angry. When confronted, management was unapologetic and blamed us for the miscommunication. In addition, they continued to look for infractions against us that didn't exist, including accusing us of listing our apartment on Airbnb. Again, when confronted, they were unapologetic and unpleasant. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for affordable apartments in Austin. Having a staff that genuinely cares about all of its residents and their experience at their property can make all the difference, and unfortunately that does not seem to be the case here.
Unprofessional office staff. Lots of building maintenance issues. Just another apartment complex with issues by Churchill Management Group. For the last month we've been put out by there contractor crews banging on the roof and walls. If you have a kids be sure and move on. If you like to be at home when your sick, this not the place for you. Pictures was taken at 7pm
