Buyers Beware!!!! I have called over and over after I terminated my contract on 5/26 and requested my money back per contract. They breached the contract and have not refunded my builder deposit. I don’t understand if you don’t have funds in excess why are you building?? Running a Ponzi scheme, taking buyers money using it to build and now I have to wait months till you sell a unit or receive someone else’s deposit in order for my funds to be refunded. They don’t adhere to contracts. And Ross Wilson builder division president/SA will respond to all communication until you hand over a check...after that phone calls and emails will go unanswered!!

This is more a review of our experience thus far with our PSW sales agent, Danielle Reali, than a review of PSW itself; my husband and I have just begun the purchasing process, so we cannot comment too much on the quality of PSW homes and their warranty services just yet. That being said, Danielle is among the most professional, engaging, and patient human beings we have worked with in any context - not just realty. She responds to our emails and texts in a timely manner, asks thoughtful questions to ensure the buyers (we) are getting what we actually want, and is thoroughly knowledgeable about the homes and community. She's also just a joy to talk to. Never do we feel pressured or rushed; just the opposite in fact - she calms us.

We are in the building process with PSW's North Bluff location and I have to say the experience so far has been exceptional. Right from the start Danielle (salesperson) was great to work with. Nick the construction manager is a great communicator and provides very detailed weekly updates.
