PHENOMENAL customer service! Sunstate Rentals in Killeen told me they would have the equipment and would call me back when it came in. No call, and when I called the after hours number, the guy hung up on me. It's almost 7pm, I have 4 yards of concrete coming at 8 am, and no equipment to move it. Sunbelt Rentals actually answered their 800 number, the lady was courteous and looked for the equipment I needed. She couldn't find it so she sent a message to the Austin sales rep asking him to check for the equipment and contact me. Almost 8 pm, I'm in a panic attack thinking my customer is going to lose out hundreds of dollars in concrete and my project was going to fall apart on me.The sales rep called me back at 8 pm and informed me that they have the equipment I needed. I drove an hour away at 530 am to be there when they opened. Got my equipment loaded up at 715 and made it to the jobsite just before the concrete truck arrived. Thank you Sunbelt for saving my backside! PHENOMENAL experience.

Equipment not maintained or prepared for rental , but they dont mind charging for this broken down equipment. Full price. Austin rental , Top gun rental, we rent it, These people will treat you fairly.
im pretty sure this place doesnt sell sunbutter and jelly sandwiches, but you might want to check on that to see if theyve changed it
