I like their food absolutely. Once in a while, they are off but that is acceptable. My the biggest complain about them is their inability to handle calls on phone. It has happened three times with me in last 3 months that I called them to place an order and they didn't pick up. I went some where else. Many times, I have seen them not picking up other incoming call when I am in queue to pick my food. That is not acceptable guys. You need to respond to the calls.

The food was good but kitchen staff did not wear mask which was an extremely uncomfortable position to be in and I would be hesitant to come here again. I’m glad that atleast the lady at the reception still respected the rule.

Great ambience. Best hotel in Austin for vegetarians. The variety of items were impressive. They should improve on customer service .We waited long to order the last item and no one showed up..Had to skip in the interest of time. Would definitely recommend to a friend
Worst restaurant I ever went. The food was stale. Food quality is low. Worst customer service. Worst food. I have never seen such a low quality food. People will fall sick with their food. No hygiene.
