Swim Pure Pools is my new pool company!! AWESOME, Professional and outstanding service. Eric went above and beyond to help me with my specific pool needs. Transferring to a new sand filter was so easy and seamless. I was not home when Eric was done installing it, but he made sure on his next trip out a few days later with my new pool lights, to show me step by step what to do and how to properly operate it. And not just with the filter, but with many little things that I asked him questions about, Eric took the time to show me. Eric also helped diagnose my computer board as just needing a new fuse (the previous repairman I had out said I needed a new board) which saved me 1,000 bucks! I can't even tell you how impressed I am with Eric and how genuinely nice and incredibly knowledgeable he is. Thanks so much Eric, I will be calling you at Swim Pure when I am in need again!

I was recommended to Swim Pure by my pool builder. From the phone call to Sterling coming out everything was very professional and a great price. He even took the time to walk through a few things on my control panel that would help. Companies that go the extra mile will always be in business.
I had a swimming pool built 2 years ago with Hayward products. I encountered a pump issue this month and it was repaired, but subsequently there were other issues. I contacted Casey Vickers who came out of his way the same day as my call to see about the issue. Casey not only fixed the problem at hand, but solved a couple other issues. Also, educated me about some operational aspects as a courtesy. My pool is now operating better than day-1. Super professional and patient. Probably the best customer experience I have ever had across the board. I will always refer Swim Pure Pools after this visit.
Very Professional Company. They get the job done!!! Customer friendly!!! Used them on repair of leak, very satisfied with repair!!!
