I have ordered mocha house special and the lady filled the cup with 90% ice and 10% drink after a wait of 20min. Not a great service and place to visit.

I always go here. This might be the best boba tea place around. Customer service is great, staff are friendly and the place looks amazing! My go to drinks would be taro milk tea and honey dew milk tea with boba. If I'm going for a juice, I'd go for a watermelon juice with boba.
I’ve ordered this drink which is a Matcha Frapioca with Jasmine Green tea flavor many times and a few of the staff has made it for me perfect. Suddenly out of the blue they all say it doesn’t exist?? Did I just step into an alternate universe that my favorite drink just doesn’t exist??
