From initial design to implementation, Telco Data takes pride in doing the job right, on time, and within budget. Our company had to move twice in a years time span and their team really helped in making the project a huge success. All employees take pride in their work and their company - no rework or punch list items whatsoever. Highly recommend, I just wish they were in other cities as well!
Telco has really set a new standard for how low voltage projects should go. I just completed an office build project with Telco in the Austin area and I was simply blown away. I've worked on at least a dozen office builds over the last few years and this was the smoothest project I've ever had in terms of low voltage work. Pre-sales, project management, and implementation were all on-point. The effort from my side was so minimal, I forgot LV was even part of the project. They were great at anticipating my needs and adapting to any change requests. Every person I dealt with from Telco was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. If I could get Telco to handle all of my LV needs across the globe, I would!
I have used Telco Data for business phone and internet needs over the years and the service has been top notch! Recently, we upgraded our phone system to Nextiva which turned out to have more steps than I anticipated. Luckily, Telco Data and Kaela in particular went above and beyond to help make the process as seamless as possible. Kaela helped coordinate all communication with the new phone company, installation services and even set up a special training session for our staff. I highly recommend this business. They are local and have an amazing team of professionals.
