Literally all we can do is scream into the internet about this company!!! If they hadn't monopolized my neighborhood I would've dropped them a very long time ago. They are ruthless. Absolutely unforgiving.

If I could give a negative 100 to this place I would! They are completely incapable of running an honest and legitimate business! If I wasn't trapped into this God forsaken community I would have cancelled this piece of s**t company years ago!!!!!!
Not only do they rip you off on gas prices and stupid fees here and there I got charged a late payment fee before the bill was due this month! I logged on to pay my bill and it clearly states that it is due on Saturday January 15, I logged on to pay on Friday the 14th and a late fee is attached to my bill, please explain this shady bs!!!This is insanity!!! I hardly ever leave a review or comment that is negative but this company is ridiculous and to top it off I am stuck with them because there is no other gas company!!! Outrageous
This should be illegal . This company is way overpriced basically cheating homeowners. Triple the price on the national average. I will never live in a community where propane is used and especially this company. This is why we have laws. Something needs to change here quick.
While propane is better than natural gas, this company is robbing our community blind! An 11.49 monthly account fee?!? One month it's 300 and the next month it's 180. We averaged about 60 where we lived for years and now, we can't even get our bill under 100. We haven't used our heater once this month and our showers are luke -warm. We may need to start taking cold showers and eating raw meals to bring the cost down to what an average family would pay. Love propane but not this company!
