I've paid 40 trying to get a parent teacher guide for my son to get his permit. I've tried to contact customer support but I always get internal server, I've tried calling but apparently the lines are cut off. I don't know what type of scam you guys are running but I am a lawyer and since I've paid over 20 I will be filing a civil lawsuit and make more than the 40 I spent if I don't get either a refund or if I don't my parent-teacher guide my child should be able to drive by now but thanks to the terrible service you guys offer he can't finish his permit courses. Its okay you guys will be hearing from me real soon in court And noted that your rated 2/5 on Google reviews and others are having the same problem i doubt it will go well for you. This is robbery.

Other than my application taking a bit longer than normal, once they got to me I was well taken care of. Not only have they had to adjust, but I'm sure they've been swamped with these uncertain times stressing everybody. They were very clear about what they needed from me and replied in a timely manner to all my questions and concerns. It seems like they've adapted well, and that's coming from someone who is reluctant to compliment anything associated with the gov!

I have been waiting for my license for massage therapy since Oct.5 2020. I have emailed, called, several times and nothing has been done about it. I have been waiting well over 90 days. You are messing with people livelihoods here and you really need to get your act together.

I just called in for some help on transferring my license and there was a real long wait time but i was happy to hear I could just hold my place in line and have them call me back so I wasn’t sitting on the phone waiting. The man that called me back was soooo helpful! Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve had on a phone. He answered my questions very thoroughly to be sure I could take the correct steps and even welcomed and congratulated me. We all know phone calls asking for help can usually be so draining And people make us feel like a burden but this person didn’t only help me, I feel his help and attitude went above and beyond.

Stressed stressed and more stressed.....we moved from NY to Texas, my husband who is an electrician sent in his paperwork for him to be approved to take the journeyman license in this state almost 2 months ago. Now I’m stuck here in Texas with the kids by myself so he can go back to work in NY so we can have some income. This is really hard on us right now, I just hope everything comes through soon so he can work here and our family can be back together....TDLR PLEASE DO BETTER FOR THE PEOPLE.
