Since updating their system, it has gone haywire and started over-charging! I understand that there was a time period of a couple of months that they weren't charging; but even taking that in to account, they have withdrawn over 240 from my bank in the last couple of weeks. Even before the virus, I was only spending max 20 week with my travel. I haven't been travelling as much and the 20 debits keep coming every other day! I have lost trust in their system and believe they are taking more than they should. When I try to remove my payment details from their web site, it keeps timing out and wont let me (suspicious). I am also having a hard time logging online and accessing my account. I have heard from MANY others they have had terrible customer service when trying to talk to a person about this too. They need to sort this out!

TX Tag literally has hit my account 10 times with the charge of 20 dollars in one day and I have not missed not one payment at all so I’m not sure why they took all this money out my account that I needed to pay another bill with. I also have not even used the toll road that often to get hit this hard. No one is giving me answers and they won’t answer they phones they keep saying to call at a later time. This is unacceptable to hit people accounts like this. I’m going to cancel this tow service if they going to take whatever they want out my account.

I just had a very positive experience when I contacted TXTag by phone. I had been trying to update my information online as instructed and nothing was working. It just kicked me back to square one. I tried to get help through the CHAT site and that locked up. I finally called the number that was provided. I spoke with the nicest lady...sorry to say I don’t think that she gave me her name. But she was very patient and listened to my tale of frustration and woe!!! She did not try to sugarcoat anything. She stated that they were still trying to get everything worked out with the new system and they just weren’t quite there yet. She said she thought that they should have everything going smoothly in a couple of weeks. She set me up with a new account number and offered to walk me through the new process. How nice was that! I did decline as I didn’t want to tie her up on the phone. I told her I would wait a couple of weeks and then try it again. I hope everyone realizes that she is definitely an asset.

This is by far the worst website ever made. Nothing works except the auto pay and it works so good it overcharges. Can't login, can't add vehicles, can't do anything but pay. The great state of Taxes has outdone itself on this one. Congratulations on beating my already so low expectations of government entities.
