When Texas Energy first placed panels on my roof one blew off. It took 2 months to get them turned on and this was by another company NOT Texas Energy. In July of 2020 my panels went dead due to an inverter problem. I reached out to them in Oct 2020 to fix it. After identifying the issue Jake Ortega with TE emailed back saying they would come out to fix the issue but nothing ever happened. After emailing, texting, phone calls I got no response. Finally had to resort to filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau. You can see details of the complaint and that they never responded, fixed, or resolved the issue. I had NO solar power from July - Dec and yet had to pay for the loan. I finally had to resort to hiring another company to come and fix the inverter. Moxie was that company. Texas Energy was irresponsible and was no help at all. Meanwhile Moxie was extremely helpful and responsive.

We needed a roof, quickly and Texas Energy Experts came through, and fast. The estimate was competitive and very reasonable. And all work completed as promised. The very friendly crew did our very steep slopping roof all in one day and it looks great.
Our house is quite old and one of the main things that needed to be replaced was our roof! I've worked with 2 contractors before and getting your roof replaced isn't as easy as something else getting renovated. Roofs getting replaced can get messy and disturbing! I hired Texas Energy Experts because of it's reviews and good work portfolio. I spoke with Don over the phone and he explained to me everything i needed to know before they started working and what to expect during the roof replacement. All I can say is that Don and his team did a wonderful job! They didn't work neither too slow or fast they worked just right. I was expecting the process to be disturbing but they really worked as quiet as they could. I liked how Don was here almost everyday overseeing everything was right. After moving into my new home, my wife and I have been taking a lot of measures to reduce our carbon footprint. The most obvious thing to upgrade next was solar panels and roofing. Jose installed everything, and since then we have already seen a reduction in our electric bill. If your on the fence give them a call, they were fantastic and very knowledgeable.
I was reading an article recently and found that there was a tax credit available for going solar. After looking into the requirements a bit more I called Amber who set me up with an appointment. Jake was awesome, he knew about the tax credit and steered me in the right direction. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
