Terrible company, they'll charge a 'convenience fee' regardless of your method of payment. Thieves, they clearly dont care about their customers.

Web site is difficult to maneuver.
Called to turn off service after a move. Took 30 minutes to get an agent and when I did they said they needed to transfer me to another agent that was working on the new homeowners account. They hung up on me and never transferred me so back to the 30 minute wait. Need to hire more agents if you are going to support a major metro area.
This is an absolutely awful company! We were scheduled to have service start on Friday and they did not honor that reservation and moved to to Monday. We went all weekend without heat or hot water. Then on Monday, I had to cancel all my appointments to be home to meet their technician during their window of \8-5 PM\!! They cost me at least 1000 in work. And the best part is they still didn't show up until 7 PM! This is a clear monopoly that is abusing their power. I wish there was another gas company option.
Extemely bad service. They refuse to give a time frame during which they will show up even when scheduling appointments. Also, scheduling days out while their customer doesn't have hot water during the winter is unacceptable. Expect excuses.
