Very happy with this company! I originally ordered the Canon R5 accessories from Canon USA, but when it had been a month and they couldn't tell me when they were expected to ship (and B&H was no better). I turned to Reddit and found a spreadsheet listing all the places people had ordered their R5's and could update the list to report when they actually got them. Many people were canceling their orders with the bigger companies and ordering from TMS, so that's what I did! My camera and accessories arrived within days (before they were even expected to be here) and I'm very pleased to have found this company and supported a smaller size business, especially in 2020. Good people, good service, good products. It’s the three ingredients for a great business. I was referred to TMS by some Canon R5 users on Reddit, but actually ended up buying a higher end cinema camera through TMS instead. The process is easy, they reached out and asked if I needed help and when I was ready to made the purchase. They went above and beyond to get my camera out same day before UPS cutoff and I’ll be ready to go for my shoot Monday. I’ll be sending my business partner to TMS for his cameras moving forward, thanks guys!
