Mr.Yates is very professional and very good at what he does. His extensive experience and vast knowledge helped put me at ease through the mold assessment and remediation process. He went above and beyond not just once but throughout the entire process to help educate everyone involved and create the healthiest and safest environment he could for my home. He’s not only superior at what he does but he’s a good person that actually genuinely cares. I highly recommend Dan for anyone who cares about the health of their family because he will build a protocol to remove mold the correct and non toxic way.

Dan was incredible to get to work with on a mold issue I experienced. He was so knowledgeable, thorough and went above and beyond in helping to counsel me in how to best navigate the repair process, and to ensure this did not occur again. I work as a nutritionist and in the functional space, and as such I understand the importance of a clean mold free environment and have high standards. Dan was excellent!
Dan quickly responded to my need for an emergency mold inspection that was found the day before a move into a new property. His quick information saved us a lot of hassle and trouble of showing up with a truck full of our furnishings to find the home was contaminated. We were able to terminate the lease based on the detailed 26 page report that Dan provided. He saved me and my family a lot of time and money and frankly impact on our health from moving into a contaminated home that wasn't visible during initial walk throughs.
Dan is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am not sure why he has a hard time getting reports and protocols out. I am still waiting on the report for the inspection he did for me 6 months ago. Numerous texts, emails and phone calls later, he is yet to deliver the report.
