I visited the ID section yesterday, Aug. 25, 2014. I will not comment on the service. But feel someone in the Guard should do a survey undercover to see what takes place there. Basically, I signed in at approiximately 10:30 am and was finally served at about 11:45. When finally served it took about five minutes to get a new ID card. It seemed there was a waste of manpower of Guard members waiting and staff members not working an additional station to clear waiting personnel. I was about fifth in line when I signed in. There was no greeting when I walked in. I had to figure out the system by reading the signs on the wall. After 44 years I needed a new ID card. So I doubt I will darken their door again. Since I am 84 years old. Ralph Cochran, Major USAF Retired
