This establishment has a huge sign on the door stating FACE MASK REQUIRED but the Manager here is walking around everywhere without a mask. WTH is wrong with you lady? I guess she did not put up that sign on that door and she’s not aware there’s a global pandemic. She is putting her employees and customers at risk. I chose this location because of convenience but never again. Another issue, I specifically asked before I fitted the contacts if there was additional charge for it, and they said “try away” because there’s no charge. When I checked out I was charged 40 for it. Choose safety over convenience and a place that doesn’t have hidden fees.

I do not recommend going here. The employees are rude and entitled. They don't actually care about clients.

The worst customer service I've had in years. The staff seemed bothered by questions about frames and lenses and were hesitant to provide any information let alone be helpful. There are virtually no frames under 150 and the designer frames are overpriced by 100. The frames are also locked up and I was informed that I would have to ask if I wanted to try any frames on, which is ok I suppose, but don't most people try on 10 or more frames to decide? The biggest error in customer service is the failure to ask why I was there for my visit. Only after asking me to fill out paperwork and sign consent forms (which were not provided) did they realize I only wanted glasses made, and then seem put off that I had an exam last week somewhere else. I am amazed at how poorly the staff treated someone with hundreds of dollars of insurance coverage to spend at their businesses. Here are some suggestions: Hello! Welcome to TSO! How may we help you today? Your insurance cover x y and z, but if you'd like to upgrade x, here is the breakdown. Same for y and z. This is the benefit for all. Your frame selection is organized this way, and the frames covered by your insurance are located over here! If you have any questions or need assistance, I would be happy to help you! Literally none of these phrases were said. Avoid at all costs.
