The front staff Josie and Jacklyn are some amazing, caring, compassionate ladies. They were very attentive and listened to our needs during our check in. The staff in the back were concerned as well. Even if the drive from Round Rock to this location is a inconvenience for us, I would come back to this office if needed. Thank you so much for all you did for us today. God Bless you and you office.

Got billed twice for 2 different amounts. Charged me again on my card after a set promised price was discussed. Supplied a DVD that had absolutely no images on it in any format of media I installed it in to. Promised to send another copy of the DVD and I never received. The person doing the imaging was professional. The staff behind the counter where less helpfull. I got billed almost twice as much as I was told by there \department\. This isn't a chocolate factory... you take pictures...

Interesting to say the least.My husband had an MRI done on 5/16/16. We were told when we made the appointment we had a 1000 deductible and needed to bring 360 because this was a high tech procedure. A call to our insurance carrier and there calling ADC Imaging confirmed there is NO DEDUCTIBLE and everything is covered at 100 %. The MRI which was to take an hour was done in 30 minutes . It will interesting to learn the results and we were left wondering IF we had brought money what would have happened to the money. Business office staff seems clueless and being told this is a high tech procedure was no surprise to us. Not a reassuring experience to say the least

I went here for pelvic ultrasound. It was a horrible experience. Nobody seemed to care how I was doing. They were training someone and the procedure took twice as long as normal. Nobody explained the procedure or asked me if I'd had it before (I hadn't) it is a very invasive test, and with a procedure like this, you'd think they'd be extra sensitive and caring. They weren't. Don't go here.
