Today I called Lori Daves in an effort to help resolve an issue as a landlord with a tenant who I am having difficulty with. When I called the number for the office I expected a gatekeeper that would require me to schedule a time to speak with her while also requiring me to pay a consultation fee. I was met with neither and able to directly speak with Lori. That kind of access to a professional of Lori's stature is a rarity these days and I was pleasantly surprised by it. Lori provided me with exactly the guidance I was hoping for, without charge, on what my next steps should be. She was well-spoken, quick-witted, friendly and obviously very intelligent. If I need to retain the services of a lawyer for a tenant issue, Lori would absolutely be my first choice and likely only choice. Thank you Lori!
