Absolutely love this community - would have given it 5 stars except for 2 issues: - HOA fee is a bit high for such limited amenities - Valet trash service is nice but makes it difficult to discard boxes (a major pain after moving - probably won't be as much of an issue once settled in) Otherwise things are great. There have been a few minor issues, but nothing unusual for a brand new building. And the builder has been very responsive and helpful - even when the issue was my fault. :)
