This is an awesome Home Depot Corporate Office and Call Center that helps support The Home Depot Stores all over the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. It is stated \The Home Depot IT Support\ for a reason because it is an Technology Support Center and not a Home Depot Store.
Not a store should not be listed as such just a waste of people's valuable time! Thank you Home Depot for consistently reducing hours at your stores and making it more difficult for construction professionals to get the job done. Your reductions in variety, your reductions in staffing, and your reductions in hours is not appreciated to say the least! You know there used to be a 24 hour Home Depot in Austin at Bodie Ln. What happened did Austin get smaller, did people move away? After stopping 24 hour service the store was open at least till midnight EVERY night! So during one of the biggest growing periods of a large city Home Depot cuts store hours! Why? Because it is not as profitable for the shareholders! Home Depot could care less about the customer as long as the shareholders are happy then that's how it stays. Well maybe the shareholders won't be so happy when we (the customers) show are disapproval by taking our dollars to Lowes or even Ace hardware! I am making every effort to shop at Lowes now and have been for the last several months! I used to be a Home Depot only guy, not any more!
Ignore all the low ranking reviews, as they all pertain to the fact that the reviewers can't seem to be able to read properly. This is the Home Depot Store SUPPORT, meaning that it's not a STORE. It's the IT Call Center to help the Corporate and Store Users.
