You MUST come here if you're looking for new furniture. Why? 1. Top Notch service - extremely reliable and friendly 2. FANTASTIC PRICES for the quality. 3. Very fast delivery. I came in at 2 or 3pm and they delivered my couch, an arc floor lamp, and a table lamp by 5:30pm. I will definitely go back here when I need furniture again.

Bad experience made good. My family just moved to Austin and needed to fully furnish a new house. After much online searching and planning, I was so excited to visit this store. Upon entering the Lamar location, a girl sitting behind the desk looked up at us then back down at her computer. She said nothing to us. As we proceeded through the store she just sat at the desk smacking her gum. We left the store without ever being acknowledged! I contacted the main office to share our experience and received prompt, courteous, and great customer service from Mikayla and Alex; after which, I did choose to purchase from them. The delivery team were FANTASTIC! Millie and Steven treated myself and my items with such professionalism and care. They embodied customer service from start to finish! Hopefully Khazana will remedy their in store issue because everything following that was A.
