I strongly disagree with Jared Friedland's review of Cheryl Smith. I have worked with Cheryl on numerous transactions and she has always demonstrated integrity and honesty. She works hard and is very professional. I was personally involved in the transaction with Jared and Cheryl and I believe that Jared is mistaken in his opinion. If you want to work with a diligent real estate agent whom you can trust, Cheryl is a great choice.

I can’t speak to Kucera as a whole. I am sure, like all organizations, Kucera has representatives who are ethical and conscientious and those who lack integrity. My experience with Kucera’s Cheryl Smith leads me to believe she’s, unfortunately, in the latter group. Cheryl lied to me and my team members in an attempt to lure us into a bad commercial lease deal. She subsequently apologized for “misinforming” me, but the damage had already been done. A word to those seeking RE brokers: do NOT trust Cheryl Smith.

Beware of spammy content this company publishes on Craigslist to trick you into calling them. I've inquired on various listings they post on Craigslist. GRAHAM TRULL returned my call about an inquiry I made and hung up on the call when I ask why they are spamming Craigslist with false information.
