Carlton will do whatever he can to save his company money and screw the condo owners at this community. I would highly recommend searching elsewhere for a home before talking to Carlton. He will do whatever it takes to steal from the hardworking homeowners here

I thought I wanted to live here... but after my experience with this Colsin guy, I don’t anymore. I tried to set up an appointment with them over the phone and his business etiquette was non existent. He kept asking how often I planned on having parties there and whether or not they involved college students. He also ended every other statement with “bet”...
Colton will steer the hard working elderly condo units to use vendors that profit himself and his company. He will appear to care but truly his only intent is to make money off the hard working Americans that live here
