The staff's attention to the residents' physical and emotional needs is evident with the hospitality, excellence, and respect seen through their actions each day. All team members, from the Executive Director to our care team, are encouraged to build relationships with our residents; it is truly a family at Pavilion at Great Hills.

I am here for thirty days or more while healing from a broken ankle. The staff checks on me frequently, the facilities are clean, and the food is very good. Other residents are friendly and welcoming, I am glad I choose The Pavilion for this care. Thank you management and staff. Be well, Ron Turn

I took a tour of this community and it seems very well kept. The facility looks and smells new, the care staff had smiles on their faces, and the residents look happy. At first due to the previous reviews-I wasn't sure what to think about this facility, but I must say that I was very impressed. It is very close to where I currently live, so the location is good. If you have some time I would highly recommend taking a tour for your loved ones care needs.

My father has been in Memory Care at the Pavilion since January. I’m so pleased with the care they give my father. They are personable and caring. After a recent hospitalization my father neededto be re-evaluated quickly, Esther and Cheryl dropped everything and saw him on short notice. I’m so thankful for the staff, they consistently go above and beyond! Thank you!!
