Stopped in today just because I was passing by. I found a few good finds but as I checked out the cashier told me the ticket price 3.99 for one of my items was not the price and that it was the hang tag on the side of the product which labeled a full description and a price of 39.99. I proceeded to ask why the 3.99 ticket was on there and as she tried to explain an older man named David snatched it out my hand and said \this is not for sale\ and headed to the back of the store. I was in shock of what had just happened. I purchased my items and asked to speak to the manager on duty Ron. He explained he spoke to him about it. I said I wasn't leaving without an apology and David came back out and I was saying you owe me an apology and he said \why because you were trying to steal from the Salvation Army?\ WOW!!.. At this moment I couldn't believe how humiliated I felt. I was crying as Ron gave me the number to corporate office. Sandy reached back to me less than 5 minutes and said that she would make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else and this is not how they do business. I'm sorry David I upset you in such a way that you felt the need to do that. I hope you have a better day.
