I have not used Super Shuttle for several years, until this last week. First driver to the Airport was very good, very nice- got me there quickly. The second driver that picked me up from the Airport, however, said the toll road 'was too expensive,' so turned what should have been a 25 minute ride to my home into a 55 minutes ride over bumpy, secondary roads. I think this has to do with Super Shuttle turning all their drivers into independent Contractors, so you will now get a wider experience in how they choose to operate. Also, a gratuity was added to my cost automatically, and I don't recall opting for that when setting up the service online. Next time I will just take Uber or Lyft.
